Let’s start off with some basic desires. Ask for a new pair of thongs or some dangly leaf earrings. Maybe a yummy dessert.
Step one – Be in a good head space and believe that all things are possible, somehow.
Step two – State what you wish to see land in your world.
NB Do not go into how’s or dates. Just what you want to see happen.
Step three – Release all your fears. Know in your being that the universe will make this happen
at the most perfect time & you do not have to ‘do’ anything to make this happen.
This is why we are starting with simple desires… Things that you have no emotion/fear attached to so you can see how easily they can land into your world.
Writing your bucket list was a simple way of learning about manifesting these experiences into your life. See what comes easy & what needs work. Think of it as a science experiment & you are writing down the results.
It really is as simple as that.
This is your chance to experiment with the idea that you are the creator of your existence. It does sound like a crazy statement and yet as you start to put desires out into the world & you see them become possible, this can turn this ‘theory’ into your reality.
In the meanwhile, just play with this idea. Throw random requests out to the universe & see what happens.
Simple things like a carpark close to work, a grocery bill under $100, a gift from a friend, a reminder of how lucky you are. Whatever pops into your mind.
Write them down & check off what starts to appear….
I could list hundreds of random beautiful things have landed in my world just by asking for it.
