Family Constellation Private Session (Online)

Description

These sessions are a way to highlight where we have taken on the beliefs, pain and way of living through our family ancestral line.  It could be a belief about poverty or having too much, a way of living through humility or playing down your gifts or even feeling like you can’t do enough.

We realise we are the making of our family’s belief structure and this is a way to disconnect from that which you no longer need or realising you are limiting yourself to keep those around you ‘happy’.  Sometimes being in fear is ‘safe’ or joy is not available with your friends and family.

Each session, you set what your intention is.  It may be wanting to be all of yourself, see your mother in joy – which is actually feel joy while around your mum or trust you are enough.  We then go through and invite into the space who can help you move the pain/fears – ‘stuff’ that is holding you in this space.  These sessions are life changing.  They help you see where you have been not being yourself and allow you to move towards your true life expression.

I would be honoured to hold space for you while we move through your needs and shift your ancestral baggage.

Online zoom session will be based on AEST time-zone. National/International – Check your time with mine HERE.

SESSIONS AVAILABLE:  Wednesdays 9am – 5pm, 7pm – 9pm.  Fridays 9am – 5pm, 7pm – 10pm and Saturdays 9am – 2pm.  Please allow 1.5 – 2.5 hours per session.  Let me know your 2 preferences of times.

I will send you a link about one hour before the meeting time via email. Please have 12 triangles of white paper cut out of around 4 cm in size with a pen ready.
